2005年のポスターFor festival 2007, the event volunteers worked with students from Victoria.

Festival 2007 had the most volunteers from different countries. Those volunteers were actually involved in operating the event. The calligraphy booth was operated by the students from China, Taiwan and Japan. Some of the ornaments that they used for venue set-up were also made by non-Japanese speaking students. It was truly multi-cultural event from the beginning.

The cultural performaces also involved students from different countries. They started the performance with Geisha dance. Not many people actually realized that the Geisha members included a Canadian student and a male student.

The folk music involved the audience. The performers asked the audience to dance with the performers. Many of who were watching the performances got up to the stage, and danced with the performers. It was one of the most successful performances.
